Meet Krissy!
This sweet little girl is a Chihuahua mix who came from a home with almost 20 other dogs, so we know she’s dog-friendly! Krissy weighs about 17 pounds and is approximately 3 years old.
She’s fully vaccinated, heartworm negative, microchipped, and scheduled to be spayed. At first, she can be a little shy, but it doesn’t take long for her tail to start wagging — and then come the sweet puppy kisses! It’s as if she knows her life is only getting better from here.
The best home for Krissy would be with either a retired couple, empty nesters looking for some canine love, or a family with another small dog who’d like a playmate. She also does fine as an only dog if someone is home most of the time — she just isn’t used to being alone for long hours.
Krissy is learning to walk nicely on a leash (and doing great, according to her foster mom!), but a securely fenced yard would be a dream for her.
Krissy is currently in Memphis, TN, and she’s ready to find the loving forever home she truly deserves.
