Meet Nadia!
Sweet Nadia was surrendered to Memphis Animal Services with two broken legs back in early April 2026. Thankfully, we had a foster commit to her care, so we were able to say "yes" and save her from the euthanasia list.
Nadia underwent surgery on both of her then broken front legs and, for several weeks, had to wear external fixators to ensure she healed well, because she was so young. And then, at 7 months old, when she was cleared by her surgeon, she tested positive for heartworms.
Nadia is currently undergoing heartworm treatment, and once complete, she will be back to puppying and to making up all the time she lost healing these past few months!
She is sweet, playful, absolutely gorgeous, and will make a fantastic best friend for one lucky family, we hope very soon!
