Meet Huck!
This handsome poodle (or maybe doodle, a DNA test has been sent out) is young with an estimated date of birth of July 9th, 2024, weighs 46 pounds, and is ready to find his forever family!
Huck's journey hasn't been easy-he was found as a stray and taken to a local shelter in terrible condition. His coat was so severely matted that he had to be shaved completely down. He also has double eye entropion. He did not have a microchip or a collar, and no one came to reclaim him. But he is now a healthy, happy, and showing everyone his sweet, affectionate personality.
He's fully vetted, microchipped, heartworm negative, had his eye surgery, neutered, and tested negative for heartworms. His foster has told us he is great with other dogs, kids, and cats!
Huck will need a home with a fenced yard since he enjoys the one in his foster home and a family who understands that regular grooming is a must for his breed.
