Meet Journey!
True to her name, Journey has had quite the road to get here—but we are so happy she’s with us, safe and loved. This sweet girl suffered an eye injury as a young pup and sadly had to have one eye removed. The good news? Journey doesn’t let that slow her down one bit and does great seeing the world with just one eye!
Journey is a breeder-release dog, and thankfully her puppy-producing days are behind her. From here on out, it’s all grass rolls, sunshine, and loving hugs. She is just 4 years old, weighs 20 pounds, and is fully vaccinated, microchipped, heartworm-negative, wormed, on heartworm and flea prevention, and scheduled to be spayed soon.
She truly loves life and enjoys roaming the fenced yard at her foster home, soaking up all the smells and basking in nice weather days. Journey is learning to walk on a leash and is doing very well. She gets along great with the other dogs in her foster home and is even good with the foster’s cat!
Journey eats and sleeps in her kennel and loves getting cozy—especially if she has a soft toy to snuggle.
Journey is in Memphis, and we’re hoping you can help her reach the very end of her journey by finding her forever family.
