Meet Malina!
This beautiful brindle Great Dane girl was found abandoned during freezing temps at a gas station in Memphis. She weighed 66 pounds, about half her what her body weight should be.
Malina is about two years old, weighs around 100 pounds, is fully vaccinated, tested negative for heartworms, has been spayed, microchipped, and during her spay, had gastropexy surgery (stomach tacking to prevent bloat/flip). She is also current on heartworm & flea/tick prevention and has been wormed.
According to her foster: "Malina loves toys! She gets every toy out of her toy basket and tosses them around. She loves to fetch but has to do so somewhere quiet because she is fearful of loud cars and trucks that drive by. She adores people and loves dogs of all sizes. She is still learning to walk on a leash but has come a long way in her leash training. She loves car rides and snuggling on her dog bed."
An experienced Dane owner would be best for Malina, and of course, a nice, fully fenced-in yard that she can continue to run and play a game of fetch in is required.
Malina is in Memphis currently accepting applications for her forever family!
