This is Stanley.
He was surrendered to a vet clinic due to needing surgery. Stanley was very ill and after xrays and an ultrasound it was determined he had an intestinal blockage. Emergency surgery was needed and it turns out Stanley had eaten a corn cob. It broke into a few pieces, each lodging in different parts of his intestines. He is actually a very lucky boy!
Stanley is about 10 monts old, a GoldenDoodle, fully vaccinated and microchipped. He tested negative for heartworms and is set to be neutered. He is also current on heartworm and flea prevention.
Once he has been medically cleared he will be available for adoption. Applications are being accepted. He does need a home with a fenced yard, preferably a doggie playmate and due to his breed an active family that is familiar with the steady care of a " doodle coat" is required.
Stanley is in Memphis
