Meet Tanuki!
Her name means "raccoon" in Japanese and it fits her to a tee! This little one was found with just a bowl of water near her. No microchip. No collar, and no luck finding her family.
So we were able to take her in thanks to a foster stepping up!
She is about a year old, weighs just 26 pounds, is fully vaccinated, tested negative for heartworms, and has been microchipped. She looks like a cross between a Schnauzer and a Blue Heeler! She is very friendly, full of energy ( best in an active home that has a fenced yard) .
Tanuki will be spayed prior to adoption and she is in Memphis.
