Steve Meek: Legacy of Love Adoption Event

Please join us at Mellow Mushroom in Germantown for our “Steve Meek: Legacy of Love” Adoption Event.

This special event honors Steve Meek, the beloved owner of Mellow Mushroom, who passed away on July 6th. Steve played such an important role in advocating for rescue dogs and supporting our rescue over the years by generously hosting adoption events at his restaurant and helping to raise awareness of the need for adopters, fosters, and spay/neuter.

Steve and his loving wife, Julie, opened their hearts and adopted several dogs from our rescue throughout the years. Julie continues to share their love and commitment to rescue dogs, and we are honored to celebrate Steve’s incredible legacy of love and compassion. Meet some of our adoptable dogs, learn more about giving one a forever home, and help us raise donations to support our medical cases.
